Daddy's Roadkill Science Lesson

DURING lunch, no less.  Thankfully I was finished eating before he brought this little guy inside.  Our dining room table has seen entire deer quarters, but that was after mealtime.  Our kids won't ever forget their webbed back feet or the little claws on the front paws.  And, they hope Daddy doesn't save the tail for use as a paddle in our home as he threatened to do!  Off to piano lessons & Wednesday night church...

Last week we were spoiled with awesome sunny and warm days for March in Pennsylvania. We had a picnic at least three days! One was at the park with some friends for biking and playing. This week the daffodils are so cheery I just had to capture their bright yellow smiles! The kids and I planted some trays of tomatoes and peppers. Our garden is on it's way! Hooray for spring, new life and fresh growth!
